With its roots in London, the Soho House Group has 18 private houses across the globe. They asked us to solve a key technical and operational problem – to migrate the payments process at the centre of their business online for their private members clubs across the US, UK and Europe, elevating the user experience for their members.

We provided consultancy to help overcome issues with existing legacy systems. Working closely with the CMO, Digital Director, Tech Director, country managers and key internal knowledge-holders, we mapped out their full technical systems and discovered opportunities to deliver deeper value. Managing the project across vendor and agencies, we built the application for them to use in-house and then brought it online and to the app.  It involved a multi-step sign up with multiple customer types, inherent logic, validation systems and security that required tokenised payment system to ensure the higher security of high net worth individuals. We also provided consultancy to help overcome issues with existing legacy systems.
