Iconic Saville Row bespoke luxury tailor Gieves and Hawkes had their sights set on a full scale digital transformation. It was time for a new, innovative, brand-led website that could bring the quality of the experience of their flagship store at No.1 Saville Row to life, as well as incorporate the functionality for advanced stock management across all their stores, through warehouse, logistics and ERP integration.
This new mobile, tablet and desktop responsive site was to be a key driver for the launch of the brand in China too, creating a compelling, deeply engaging digital experience for Chinese clients.
Making use of our enterprise UX experience, and working with both the UK and China teams, we set out to build a high performance luxury digital experience, rooted in the brand, but with excellent ROI. Applying our deep knowledge of Chinese consumer behaviour, we constructed and launched the original websites for China, Taiwan and Hong Kong, employing class-leading systems architecture and enterprise know how, to fully integrate EPR and eCRM.
