Role: Officer Manager / Personal Assistant
Experience Level: 2-3 years experience as a PA/Office Manager or similar
Type: Experienced Freelancer or Temporary Worker, 1-2 days/week
Salary: £110-150/day depending on experience

We have been delivering global digital projects since our inception. We’re a small agency, but one with big agency experience. We pride ourselves on our personal hands-on approach and providing a wide range of skills and expertise to a variety of projects with a focus on the luxury sector.
We are currently on the hunt for a Personal Assistant or Office Manager that is keen to assist a fast growing team working across a range of clients for one or two days per week. You’ll be working with the CEO, remote Finance Director, as well as Project and Strategy teams, ensuring that all of our projects are delivered successfully whilst also keeping an eye on the daily office requirements. This is a hands-on role and may seem challenging at times, but with the right attitude and team besides you, it is all worthwhile. Whilst past experience working for an agency would be ideal it is not essential.
We can offer flexible working with at least 1 day (8 hours including lunch) from the office, the other day can be remote and/or split over 2 days.
Your day would include (but definitely not be limited to), assisting in the creation of strategic decks and presentations, helping our Project Executive with answering the phone and handling incoming client and new business calls (when in the office), assisting the CEO with all admin such as proof-reading, editing, and sending contracts and SOWs, filing correspondence, and helping with all kinds of general office requirements such as buying birthday cakes/cards, collecting mail from the front desk, help on- and offboarding staff, purchase office material etc etc.

Our head office is based in London, in a brand new WeWork location near Liverpool Street station. We have a private office in a great space with access to some awesome facilities including free coffee and even free beer / prosecco on tap. There’s loads of break out areas including space (and facilities) to prepare and eat lunch, sofas, pool tables, games etc. There’s also networking opportunities and events that are free to attend for all WeWork members.
