Matching creative flair with solid business principle, Karl has over 15 years of experience in digital design and direction with expertise in e-commerce, mobile, gesture based design, multi-channel and cross-platform art direction. He has specialised knowledge in building global sites and has advised on Chinese user experience for several large UK brands. Karl is a regular speaker and advisor on e-commerce design for the British Fashion Council, and mentors the best emerging designers.

Previously Creative Director at a number of global agencies including SapientNitro, Karl has led several million dollar accounts including Vodafone, McLaren Automotive, and Unilever. He was an early advocate of mobile commerce, and led the launch design for the Arcadia’s mobile and app stores before departing and co-founding Like Digital.
